Purpose: To provide a well stocked, quiet resource for research on theatre history and design for theatre teachers, designers and artists in the community.
A special room in the studios has been designed and outfitted as a research library to which AMTSJ's late resident scenic designer/artist Ken Holamon bequeathed his extensive inventory of books, designs, photographs, scripts and scores. In accordance with his wishes, the materials are made available for use by any person who shares his passion for theatre. Designers, directors, performers, students, and any interested parties are encouraged to make use of the facility.
The Library is available by appointment only. Please call (408) 453-1533 or email education-outreach@amtsj.org. |
