Subscriber Benefits
- Complimentary Ticket Exchange: Only subscribers may exchange tickets for alternate performances at no charge. Tickets may be exchanged by phone, in person, by mail or via fax at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled performance. Exchanges for weekend performances must be completed before 4 pm on Friday. Exchanges made from weekday to weekend performances are subject to price differential. All exchanges subject to availability. Tickets can only be exchanged into another performance of the same production, unfortunately we are unable to exchange tickets into future productions. By Phone: Only the primary account holder may exchange by phone by calling Ticket Services at 1.888.455.SHOW(7469) or 408.453.7108, 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.
- Additional Tickets: Only subscribers have the opportunity to purchase additional tickets still available in the priority seating area before tickets go on-sale to the general public!
- Ticket Donations: Only subscribers may donate their tickets for a tax-deductible gift. If you are not going to be able to attend your performance, you may donate your tickets back to AMTSJ, and receive a tax deduction to the extent allowed by current tax law. In order for this to occur AMTSJ must receive your actual ticket before your scheduled performance.
- Priority Seating: Only subscribers receive guaranteed priority seating! Subscribers also have priority in making any seating or performance series changes when renewing their subscriptions or continue receiving their same great seats year after year.
- Missed Performances: Only subscribers may miss their performance and still have an opportunity to see a future performance of the same production. In order to take advantage of this benefit, please arrive at the Center for the Performing Arts at least forty-five minutes prior to the start of the performance you wish to attend. Present your tickets at the box office and you will be given a blank ticket voucher. Then 10 minutes prior to curtain, a Ticket Services Representative will complete your ticket voucher with seat locations. Please be aware that seats are based on availability and may not be comparable to your season seats or available for every production.
- Lost Tickets: Only subscribers need not worry about misplacing their tickets! Your seat location is on file. Simply call the Ticket Services office at 1.888.455.SHOW(7469) or 408.453.7108 at least 24 hours prior to your performance. Lost ticket replacements for weekend performances need to be completed before 4PM on Friday.
- The AMTSJ eNewsical: Only subscribers receive our complimentary news magazine, filled with behind-the-scene features about musicals, dancers, choreographers, and community events.
